Hey, just chiming in — I’m seeing the same thing on my end. The Downloads page is throwing the Cloudflare 1016 Origin DNS Error, so it looks like something on Sabrent’s server side rather than anything local.
You’re right that this is the page where they normally host firmware updates, so it being down is definitely noticeable. My guess is that their DNS records or origin host is misconfigured at the moment.
Hopefully the Sabrent team picks this up soon and gets the page back online. In the meantime, everything else on the site seems to be working fine, so it’s probably just a temporary issue.

and still down two weeks later... can't figure out how to get this thing to work, no software installs, etc... YAY. Returning for a different brand.
Yes - really need to update the firmware to see if that fixes an issue I am seeing with poor performance and drive disappearing in Windows 11. Going to have to replace it with something else if I can't get this resolved soon.
I've been using a Sabrent SSD enclosure for a few months and needed the latest firmware to fix some speed issues on my laptop. When I tried to reach the downloads page yesterday, it showed an Origin DNS error and wouldn't load, even though the rest of the site was fine. It's been frustrating since I can't update without it.
