We understand issues can happen and we are here to help. All of our products purchased on Sabrent.com come with a 30-day money back guarantee. To initiate a return, you only need to begin the process with our online RMA tool. We'll give you a return authorization number (RMA) and upon following the return instructions, we'll make sure you receive your refund/replacement as soon as possible. If you ordered an incorrect product and need to exchange it for a different product, just set up a refund within the 90-day refund period and then place a new order.


Please refer to the vendor you purchased from refund policy. You will need to contact them to identify your options.

In the event that your product fails after the 30-day return period, but within the product's warranty period, you only need to set up a warranty replacement request online using our RMA tool. We'll give you a return authorization number (RMA) and make sure you receive your replacement as soon as we receive the possibly failed product.

Yes, our product warranties apply to our product sold through authorized resellers, and we will replace them per the warranty terms. Please note that proof of purchase may be required.

After receiving and processing your returned product(s), we'll issue the refund. Once issued, you should see it in your account within 5 to 7 business days. Please be aware that if you purchased using a method other than credit card you may be prompted to provide bank details so we may credit your account.

A valid proof of purchase will be required to prove eligibility. If you do not have a valid proof of purchase, the limited warranty period will be measured from the date of sale by Sabrent to the authorized distributor.

The product warranty does not cover damage resulting from commercial use, misuse, accident, modification or alteration to hardware or software, tampering, unsuitable physical or operating environment beyond product specifications, improper maintenance, or failure caused by a product for which Sabrent is not responsible. There is no warranty for loss of data—you must regularly back up the data stored on your product to separate media. There is no warranty for a product having removed or altered identification labels. Sabrent is not responsible for returning to you a product that is not under warranty.

Sabrent will replace the product with a functionally equivalent replacement product, transportation prepaid. Sabrent may replace your product with a product that was previously used, repaired and tested to meet Sabrent’s specifications. You are responsible for importation of the replacement product, if applicable. Sabrent will not return the original product; therefore, you are responsible for removing accessories and/or moving data to other media before returning. Data recovery is not covered under this limited warranty and is not part of the returns process. Sabrent warrants that the replacement product is covered for the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater.
