Purchase on 07/09/2025

    I already sent inquiries about my purchase 07/09/2025.

    My credit card was also charged on 07/09/2025.

    Then, I received the e-mail saying "Your Sabrent order has shipped!“ with the UPS tracking number on 07/10/2025, however, the UPS web site says "UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package.” 

    It's been already nine (9) days and there is no sign of actual shipment. Is anybody at Sabrent really checking into my inquiry?
