I have a pair of SB-ROCKET-NVME4-2TB drives that I'd like to update the firmware of. I downloaded the Sabrent Control app on Windows 11 and it shows me both drives have firmware version RKT401.1. When I click Firmware Upgrade -> Check Now in Sabrent Control it tells me that there is a firmware update available. When I click "Yes" to upgrade it tells me firmware update has succeeded and it shuts down my computer. However on next boot when I load up Sabrent Control, I see that the firmware for both drives is still shown as RKT401.1.
@markpariente Please contact customer service with this information to see if they have an alternative path for updating the firmware. Make sure to run the application in administrator mode if you have not, also. You can also check the firmware revision in CrystalDiskInfo to be sure.
