Control Panel launches and then autoclosing after a quick splash of "scanning drives"
I have purchased 3 Thunderbolt 3 drive enclosures from you, two Rocket 2TB, and 6 Rocket 1 TB over the last 3 years.
At this point I assume I've wasted my money. Two of the drives are dead and according to your support team no longer warranty covered, and now I can't even get YOUR support software to run at all.
Not to mention that your own software product description claims that the drive must be attached to the computer though a Thunderbolt enclosure to update the firmware.
And there are 2 Rocket (1tb) drives directly attached to my Asus ProArt X570 Pro Wifi motherboard.
And your software sees nothing.
So I am back to my original opening statement.
