DS-SC4B Drives shut down too fast

  I have two DS-SC4B enclosures. Each one hooked up to a different computer. On one enclosure the drives will stay on for about 10 minutes or so. On the other enclosure they shut down in a minute or so and is very frustrating to keep waiting for the drives to spin up. I ampretty sure this is a Windows issue but do not know where to look or what to reset. Anybody have any suggestions?

  I am using Windows 11 on both computers.

  @arwjr8 Sounds like a power management issue. This could be from operating system settings and/or from the UEFI (BIOS) settings. This might be under the USB heading, too. You would need to change the power-off conditions.
