I was searching online for an adapter and I saw your NVMe M.2 to PCIe Adapter. On Amazon.ca (www.amazon.ca/dp/B0BRYQH443/) as I'm from Canada, I see the model as PC-P3X4. However, when I check your site and Amazon.com (www.amazon.com/dp/B0BRYQH443), it only shows EC-P3X4. Are there any difference between the two models?
Also, is Store4PC a third party seller or it's owned by Sabrent?
@jnburnett2003 EC-P3X4 is the proper model, the "PC" might be a typo. The units look the same, distinguished by the x4 PCIe connector rather than the x16 of our bifurcation-requiring AIC. We have a version of the EC-P3X4 with three SSDs and a 10GbE network adapter instead, see the EC-PM2L, as well. We are indeed affiliated with Store4PC, it is one of our storefronts.
These NVMe‑to‑PCIe adapters are basically pass‑through — no controller, just exposing the M.2 lanes. Make sure you use a PCIe x4/x8/x16 slot, check motherboard lane allocation in BIOS, and consider a heatsink for high‑speed NVMe drives.
