Hi, just purchased and installed the NT-C5GA. Running windows 11, installed the latest driver from Realtek and it works perfectly for a random amount of time or a reboot of the pc - it will then stop working.
Once the issue happens it is reported as a Code 43 error within device manager and no longer works. If you make a change to the properties of the device I.e enable jumbo frames the unit then works (again for a random amount of time)
Device is plugged into a 10gb USB-C port on an X570 Amd motherboard.
Tried uninstalling device and reinstalling drivers but I always have the same issue.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
