Hi,
I've just ordered, and had delivered, this product, I have two drives plugged into two of the slots, but when I switch it on my pc doesn't pick it up. Is there any setup?
I've had a look at the documentation, and YouTube, and nothing is shown.
The docking station light's and fan come on, I've changed USB ports on my pc (I've tried 3 different ones), I've changed the slots the SSD disk is plugged into.. not sure what else to try.
Any help would be much appreciated.
@Mark Murfitt Make sure the power adapter is attached and plugged in, plus that the power button is on. The drives will then appear in Device Manager and usually Disk Management. They will not show in Explorer with drive letters until formatted and assigned.

Hallo, and I have question - because I've only bought this to run my old HDDs with photos, files etc. on my laptop - there is any way to do this?

@dbr91m You can use enclosures or adapters for that, depending on the drive type.
