Drive Cloning Process

  Just recently bought a EC-HD2B drive dock.  Decided to test out the drive clone option.  I followed the cloning procedure in the manual, but, the clone only did the first partition.  I'm trying to clone and old system drive which has a System Reserved 100Mb partition in the front.  The clone only does this 100Mb partition and then says complete. 

  How do I get it do the whole drive? 

  Both source and destination drives are identical.

  @David Keenum Hey David. Upfront I will say that the cloning procedure will not work if there are any corrupted sectors since it clones sector-by-sector. Chkdsk may be able to help here, or a full disk scan. If you are sure the drive is good, make sure the destination drive is initialized in the same format, for example GPT.
