Sabrent Docking Station Problem with Larger Drives?

  I recently purchased a Sabrent USB 3.0 2.5/3.5 Docking Station. I cannot get larger 3.5" sata drives to appear.

  Any help or Tips would be greatly appreciated. I do not want to return this if I am making the mistake?

  -Windows 11 Updated ASUS Notebook Zenbook UX462DA

  - Western Digial Mybook external drives 4tb,6tb appear NO issues

  - Updated USB Drivers

  - Sabrent Drive Appears Settings System>Storage>Disks Volumes>SABRENT

  - SSD 2.5" 200/240/500 GB drives appear NO issues

  - 750 GB sata 3.5 appear issues

  - 3tb and 4tb sata 3.5" do NOT appear in "This PC"

  - Disk Management shows drives, options are greyed out

  - Disk management will not allow drive letter change in the larger drives

  @Douglas Smith You may be able to get a firmware update from technical support that will assist with this issue. Otherwise, it might be an issue with the drive itself. 3.5" drives of any capacity should work fine as long as they have no encryption or other filesystem issue. You may try to access the drives with a Live Linux CD or similar to see if it's a Windows issue.

  Before pursuing technical support, make sure the unit has adequate power as this is required for many drives. Also, some drives may need to be prepared in DiskPart if they are new or formatted.
