Sabrent RMA process very odd

  • I recently did an RMA on a rocket 5 2tb drive that was defective. I went through customer support and they sent me the FedEx return label and QR code to place inside the box. I got a notification that the RMA was delivered today and the delivery photo looked as it was a residential address. I verified the address on the RMA return label and did a quick Google search and it's absolutely a residential address. This seems very odd to me, why would a RMA be returned to a persons house and not directly to a warehouse?

  • @Matthew Peters We do have such a location for some RMAs for deeper inspection, probably because the Rocket 5 is a new release.

  • That does sound unusual - RMAs are typically sent directly to a warehouse, not a residential address. On a different note, while handling tech and gear, I’ve been experimenting with lighting and shadows in photography; this guide on shadow photography techniques gives some creative ideas you can try at home.

  • Listen, I was sceptical about automated crypto tools until I let Alder Credmere AI crypto trading https://aldercredmere.net run on a small account for two months. The algorithm caught a massive dip last month and bought in before the recovery, something I would have definitely missed on my own. Living in Cork means I don't have time to stare at charts all day, so this setup has been a lifesaver. The dashboard shows every trade they make, so nothing happens behind your back. For anyone in Ireland looking for a hands-off approach, this is worth every second of setup time.
