HB-BUP7 States Not Enough Power if more than 4 devices connected to This USB Hub

  Hello All

  Have the Powered USB Hub plugged into Power outlet on my UPS Battery Backup surge only outlets,  some reason if i plug more than 4 devices in, i get a Message in Windows 11 Pro--Not Enough Power for that device.

  ((Was just a low power USB flash drive)) 

  Is there a fix to this?

  @bikeman09 If you have an older unit you should request a firmware update from website customer service, if they cannot provide that they may offer a replacement unit.

  If the hub is connected to a UPS battery backup, ensure that the outlet provides sufficient power. Some UPS outlets may not supply enough power for high-demand devices. Expand USB settings and set USB selective suspend setting to Disabled.
