I received my EC-DFLT yesterday and it does not recognize any of my HDDs. From 3TB to 8TB to 20TB. iMac 2018 running Ventura 13.3.1. All disks formatted as Mac OS Extended (Journaled). Should I return the item or is their a simple fix to make it work?
@Matt McGuinness The drives need to be unallocated or using a file system that macOS recognizes. The drives should be physically recognized in Disk Utility. If not, please contact the customer service on out main site to get the appropriate firmware for your issue.
