I have a Asus Crosshair VIII X570 Wifi with a 5950X and 2x 2TB Rocket 4 Plus drive (C and D) running Windows 11 24H2.
Today I noticed that my backups were much slower than ususal.
Drive D is only reading about 20-30 MB/s with high "average response time" in Task Manger (>1000 ms).
Speed test also shows very low numbers (<1 MB) in the Sabrent Rocket Control Panel, and now I can't even select drive D without SRCP just crashing.
Has anyone run into similar issue?
@techiej75 Check the drive's health with CrysalDiskInfo, in addition to the Rocket Control Panel, and see if any issues are highlighted. We recommend backing up any data on the drive that is important, if possible, before engaging in any sorts of troubleshooting such as trying a fresh format or trying the drive in a different slot/device.
