I am trying to clone two 2.5" SSD drives. With the machine off, I seat both drives, turn it on, and both outside blue bay lights are lit up. I then press the center button to copy the drives until the right-hand side blue light on the top lights up, release the button, and quickly press again, and it should begin the cloning process or at least this is how I understand it. I have done a handful of drives with zero issues. Now, when I get the blue light on the right to light up, I release and quickly press the button the second time and I just get all 4 blue lights solid. Not flashing as if it were cloning the drives.
What am I missing?
