I write you regarding the fan problem presente in your product (Sabrent DS-SC5B 3.2-Bay 3.5 SATA Docking Station). It is very noisy. I order it from AMAZON but returned it right away. It is a very good unit, but because of the noisy fan, a lot of people returning. Are you know this problem ? Will you fix it ? I really hope so.

We're glad to hear you liked the design of the docking station, but we completely understand how disappointing fan noise can be when you're trying to keep a quiet workspace.
Because the DS-SC5B is built to hold up to five high-capacity hard drives at once, the fan is set to run at high airflow to make sure the drives don't overheat during heavy use. That said, we know the noise level on this model isn't ideal for everyone.
We take feedback like yours seriously, and our product team is actively reviewing noise management for future hardware revisions and cooling designs.
