Sabrent USB 3.0 a SSD/SATA/IDE 2.5/3.5/5.25 keeps disconnecting hard disk and it is not working


  • I have been using this product until some day when I tried to transfer information,  Windows 10  says that the hard disk is not present, so it keeps disconnecting the hard disk, I bought a year ago, I use this for working, and I am carrying it everwhere I go.  Do you have a solution or how to fix this?



  • @george beck I recommend contacting our technical support/customer service, on our website, for direct assistance. Be sure that the power adapter is always connected, but the adapter could also be having issues.
