Thunderbolt 4 KVM switch + desktop computer

  • Hi,

I just bought the Thunderbolt 4 KVM switch.  I am trying to set up a laptop and a desktop computer.  The laptop works however I am having difficulty getting my desktop to work.

I have a Gigabyte MB and Nvidia GTX 4070 GPU in the desktop.  Can I use a Displayport to USB C to connect the desktop to the KWM switch?

Do I need to buy a Thunderbolt add-in card to connect it?

    Thanks

  • @Charles D DisplayPort to USB-C requires DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) support and the correct cable, such as a bidirectional. A Thunderbolt AIC would be needed for switch features.

  • Well, ik kwam dit casіno tegen toen een vriend erover vertelde en ik was benieuwd naar de mogelijkheden voor Nederland. Uit nieuwsgierigheid registreerde ik me via trueluck casіno en startte met Sweet Bonanza. In het begin ging mijn saldo snel omlaag en twijfelde ik, maar toen ik iets meer risico nam viel er een sterke combinatie. Die winst veranderde mijn avond compleet en ik kom er graag terug.

  • Setting up a high-performance workstation requires the right technical synergy between your hardware and your interface. Many users who prioritize speed and low latency find that the 1jj Game Download provides a similarly optimized experience, offering a stable environment for real-time tracking and secure transactions. By using a dedicated application rather than a standard browser, you ensure that your system resources are focused on providing the smoothest performance possible, allowing you to manage your gaming strategy with the same precision you expect from a Thunderbolt-equipped desktop setup.
