I submitted Tickets for my cards with no response. I have a 4TB and 2TB neither card work. I will boot the PC and they will give me errors unable to read/write windows cannot.
The 2TB drive was my main drive and I had several BSOD and thought it was GPU or MOBO so I did a lot of troubleshooting to narrow it down. I have checked firmware with sabrent drive tester they say 100%, and then they fail to work after a few minutes/hours of PC being loaded. Sometimes windows/bois will not detect the drives after reboot.
I have taken them out and used spare drives I had. I have not had any problems since removing the drives.
How can i get a response. It seems the ticket system does not work.
