@James Mathew If it's not showing up in the BIOS/UEFI the system is not seeing it as installed. There are multiple reasons for this to happen. One is that the M.2 slot is in conflict with something else in the system, usually a PCIe slot or SATA ports. Another reason could be incompatibility depending on what the system and slot support. The drive also not be installed properly for one reason or another. More information would be helpful in narrowing down the issue, thanks!
