Hi, I'm trying to read a Western Digital ch sn530 nvme drive in a EC-SSD2 but the unit doesn't recognise it, the light displays a disk is inserted, but nothing within windows or linux. I put the same drive in a cheap fideco device which reads it instantly. Does anyone from the company or support wish to comment about why the device cannot read it.?

@Michael Wheeler The CH SN530 is 2230 and extra care must be used with 2230 drives in this enclosure as it lacks security points for that length. Otherwise, please make sure everything is connected tightly and then turn on the power. That drive appears to be specialized and not necessarily compliant/compatible with all devices, but we did test it and it works in the EC-SSD2.
