I just purchase 14TB Seagate Ironwolf internal hard drive and installed it in the docking station.
As soon as power on the bay, I hear a beeping sound, and the hard drive is not recognized by the OS.
What is going on?
I have other hard drive I was able to installed without any issue.
@Andy Koh There may be an issue with the hard drive, make sure it is operational. If not, look for or request a firmware update for the station.
