USB SATA HD Docking Station not seen by WIndows 11


  • I have added a 1tb HD to the enclosure

    How do I get it to be recognized by my windows 11 home?

    I can see it in the device manager, but cannot open it.

  • @David Leasure Apologies for not getting back to you on this due to the weekend. You can format the drive and assign it a letter under Disk Management, fastest way is by right-clicking the Start button. If the drive is not listed there then it may require using DiskPart to clean it first.
