I Have "SABRENT Universal Laptop Docking Station with Stand for Tablets and Notebooks Supports PC (DS-RICA)"
It worked great for years until about 2 weeks ago. I had two monitors connected to it at 1920x1080. It worked great. But now it only detects the monitors as 1280x1024. I can connect the monitors to a differnt docking station with the same cable and it detects them at 1920x1080.
I am running windows 10.
I have rebooted the laptop and disconnected power to the docking station.
@Carl Armstrong Are you aware of anything that might have changed in the operating environment? Maybe an OS update. Did the monitors change at all? I'm just seeing if it literally just happened one day or if something else might have changed. Also, please make sure your drivers are up-to-date, which for this unit includes DisplayLink which can be impacted by certian OS updates.
