HB-TC5P Multi-Port USB Type-C Hub not recognizing multiple devices

  I am trying to connect 2 serial devices through the USB Type-C hub. The USB 3.0 device is recognized as a serial device. The USB-C device is plugged into the port labeled 'PD' and is receiving power but is not recognized as a serial device under 'COM & LPT'.

  @Nick Coronado Unfortunately, the USB-C PD port is for PD input only.
