DS-SC4B Keeps Powering Down

  I have a DS-SC4B that's been working great for a few weeks, but now that Im trying to transfer files to it, it doesn't respond, then powers down. 

  I only have one drive in the enclosure in the top position. Not sure what the issue is, but after reading the forums, it seems like I made a bad choice buying this enclosure.

  Any help is appreciated.

  @jkovach6 Does the drive respond properly in any of the other bay positions?
