Rocket 4 Plus 4T just up and died??!!!

  Hey there. 

  I got a 4t rocket plus in January as a gift. Things has worked perfectly. Today, while I was using my laptop it just upped and died... I tried it in both slots in a second computer and the BIOS doesn't even register it's there...

  I'm at a loss. I don't have a receipt either

  Ideas?

  @bill_jangles Contact the place you purchased it from first, if possible. If you didn't register the product serial on our site, the warranty may be limited. Customer service may be able to assist anyway.
