Two slots not working in 4 bay station

   I have a 4 bay docking station.

  I currently have two Samsung SSDs.

   

  Either disc works in either slot 1 or in slot 4, and both discs work when inserted into slots 1 and 4.

   

  When I insert a single disc into slot 2 or 3 the power light goes off.

  @rwb This sounds like the unit might be bad. Contact technical support on our site for additional assistance. If you do have other drives available, though, try and test the bays with them to see if it might be a compatibility issue.
