Sabrent EC-DFLT not recognized anymore - LED not blinking

  Hey All,
  
  I am experiencing an issue with my new Sabrent EC-DFLT. I had it running for couple of hours with different hard drives and everything worked fine initially.
  
  Recently, I did a backup of some files and had it running through the night. When I woke up the next morning, the hard drive was not recognized anymore. The Sabrent EC-DFLT is powered on, also the hard drive is audibly running, but in the WIN explorer and device manager, neither the hard drive nor the docking station is recognized as connected. Also, the LED is not blinking anymore.
  
  I tried various USB ports both on my Lenovo Docking Station as well as my laptop, but no change. I cannot do a Firmware update as the Docking station is also not recognized in that way. Unfortunately, I do not have a spare USB cable to check for this option.
  
  The hard drive used for the backup was an Seagate Exos X16 16TB. Any idea what could be the issue? Did the docking station just die on me?

  @corps0r Something could have happened during the night, such as overheating or something else, but it's not possible to know. You can contact our technical support/customer service team via the main website if necessary. It is possible the unit will require replacement. The drive will have to be tested another way to see if it's the culprit, same with the USB cable, if possible.
