@colin Please contact technical support/customer service on the main site. I'm not aware of this particular issue.
Are you saying there is a firwmare update available for the DS-UCTB array? this is something that boggles my mind how Sabrent doesn't have this posted on their website ?!!?!?!
@geraldonlineorders We do post general firmware updates, but for specific issues it's best to contact support directly.
I'm learning to live with it, as long as it's safe to plug in a drive while the bay's power is on. You can't tell any more as the indicator light is dark unless there's a drive in the bay.
@colin If it's hot-pluggable/hot-swappable it should be safe by design, although I can understand it's less than ideal.
