Fourth blue light never stopped blinking

  I cloned a HDD(1TB) to an SSD(1TB) and the fourth blue LED never stopped blinking even after leaving it over night, 14 hours.

  I shut it off finally and removed both drives and then installed the SSD into the computer and all seems fine. System booted up and apps appear to be working. 

  Why didn't the last blue light go solid?
