EC-DSK2 Dual Docking Station issue

  I just picked up the Dual docking station to read some drives that I removed from computers I am no longer using. When I connect the dock to my laptop everything works fine until I drop in a drive. The dock will disconnect from the device list and the power light starts slowly flashing on the dock. The drives will not spin up or attempt to read. This happened with a 32g, 64g, and 500g drive any idea what the issue would be?

  @Steve McNeil Please make sure the external power adapter is connected. If this still occurs with just a single drive, contact support for a replacement.

  @Sabrent why did you say "if this still occurs with just a single drive?" Are you saying the dock cannot handle 2 drives?

  @Finn Sawyer It's designed for two, if it doesn't work with two it could be the power supply or other issue. However if it doesn't work even with one then the unit itself might be bad.
