I have link-loss and packet loss problems with this NIC.
Every 10 minutes or so it'll lose the link and it takes between 5 and 30 seconds to re-establish, impacting Applications.
The cable(s) are short (1m) Cat7, the switch port(s) are stable with other NICs.
Host is either MacMini M2 or Air M1, both running macOS 13.2.1
There is a firmware upgrade for the NIC, but the flash utility is windows only. Really ?
(I don't have a windows machine with TB3, so its useless.)
Any options before I just return this thing ?
