Just mentioning here - if all you see is Parsec USB Hub in the update tool (or no devices at all in the older firmware update tool), you'll need to disable the Parsec Virtual USB Adapter in Device Manager -> Universal Serial Bus Controllers.

There are two places to get the latest firmware:
1) https://station-drivers.com/index.php/en/forum/enclosures-nvme-sata-usb-3-x/76-nvme-usb-drives-realtek-rtl9210-rtl9220-firmware-version-1-xx which is station-drivers and more up to date
