Just mentioning here - if all you see is Parsec USB Hub in the update tool (or no devices at all in the older firmware update tool), you'll need to disable the Parsec Virtual USB Adapter in Device Manager -> Universal Serial Bus Controllers.

There are two places to get the latest firmware:
1) https://station-drivers.com/index.php/en/forum/enclosures-nvme-sata-usb-3-x/76-nvme-usb-drives-realtek-rtl9210-rtl9220-firmware-version-1-xx which is station-drivers and more up to date
Hi, Please @sabrent @The Sabrent Informer
Is there a more current firmware version? (EC-SNVE) I bought it last month on Amazon and does not recognize my WD SN850x 4tb.
Best Regards,
@nilton.oliveira1949 The WD SN850X shouldn't be a problem. Check to see if the drive is being captured by Storage Spaces (Windows) and/or initialized in Disk Management. A firmware update may be available from customer service/technical support on the website as well.
