This monitor, and cable work fine with the Offcial Steam Deck dock. Also I am a Linux user, and do not run Windows, or OsX. So the updater tool does not work for me.
@DaQatz DaQatz If you are sure it's not the cable or display, you can try a firmware update for the dock from here. If problems remain with all the above checked, the dock may be defective.
