I have a powered 7-port USB-C hub (HB-3A4C) that is not recognized by windows 11. Is there a driver or something that is missing?
@michael.flournoy You may contact customer service on the main website and request a firmware update, if available. No such update should be required for the hub to be detected, however. Driver-wise, your system may have motherboard or USB drivers for full functionality, but try other ports and computers if possible. Windows itself should keep updated via Windows Update.
