@Finn Sawyer We tested this with two 20TB 7200RPM drives and were not able to reproduce this problem so may need more details, or contact our technical support directly.

@Finn Sawyer It's designed for two, if it doesn't work with two it could be the power supply or other issue. However if it doesn't work even with one then the unit itself might be bad.
