Chase Sporer Works as described. I had an old laptop with a missing hard drive, and this laptop only takes SATA 2.5 drives. Installing the M.2 SSD into the enclosure was super easy. And the laptop was able to see the new drive without issues.

Kirsten Holmes Works great with no issues. If you know how to install and format a drive, this will work great.

Chisom Babatunde it is good for reading sata ssd's, but it lacks a standoff to hold the ssd as happens within computers. As it is, the ssd card ends up touching the underlying pcb and perhaps overstressing the socket a little bit. for this, i wouldn't let it as a permanent adapter
