One end of the SD card slides into the mount, but the other end is held down via a rubber grommet, which was difficult for me to push into the hole. No guidance is provided in the instructions. Use a small screwdriver to bend the rubber grommet slightly and push into the hole. I would have preferred a screw. I'm not sure how well the grommet will hold the SD cards in place. Loss of stars is due to the poor mount. The aluminum case is nice.

I hav3 two evo 980’s 1gb each and this box is super small and blisteringly quick even better it comes with its own mains power supply so no taking power from thunderbolt 3.Iwill be buying more of these they are brilliant
