OMG, what a life saver, should have bought a long time ago! No issues whatsoever, why did I wait so long to get one. If you have a old printer get this, you will be so impressed.

This cable was awesome! It works on Windows 11 and lets me use my old thermal printer for printing shipping labels.The thermal printer I have has a USB port, but windows struggled to ever recognize it. With this cable I was able to see a new USB port in the preferences selected it and printer worked.

Needed a parallel port for an old dot matrix. Bought a old print server and an actual parallel cable but the server wouldn't acknowledge attempts to get in from a browser SOO i got this. Was worried cause Id have to host it from a Linux machine to share on my network, but after a short wait for Ubuntu to figure out what was going on it found the port no problem and I now have a 1992 dot matrix i can print to from my Android. Thank you for making such an easy product to set up and use.

I needed to hook up computer to an older printer. And this cord had printer connection on one end and USB connection on the other. Works great.

We were needing to hookup an older printer to a new computer that has Windows 10 installed on it. I was a little nervous because several people had said they couldn't get it to work with Windows 10. I plugged it up to the printer and computer and it connected right away and started printing. I was thrilled. However, a few days later I noticed random numbers and letters popping up on most of the pages I printed. I'm assuming this is a communication issue with Windows 10, and has nothing to do with the product itself, so we may not be able to use it long term. I think this will work great as long as you don't have a computer with Windows 10 connecting to a 20 year old printer like we did.

After downloading win10 driver it connected right away

Bought this to hook up an ancient HP DeskJet882 directly to an old Gateway computer running Windows 7. After a few tweaks it worked perfectly. This computer had previously used this printer as part of a network with another computer so I think it got confused because there were now two printers with the same name. I deleted the old network name and all was good. As this computer appears to be in the end stages of a terminal illness I may update this review if I attempt to move the printer to my new computer running Windows 10. Best eight and a half dollars I have spent all year.Update: I did indeed buy a new computer using Windows 10 and I was able to get the printer to work. using this cable. As long as I can get ink, I will keep using this printer thanks to this cable. I did have to go to Microsoft to get a driver as HP no longer supports this printer but once I had the driver loaded it worked fine.

I can now use my 20yo Laser Printer again ... saved me more than $150 (new printer and new toner)

couldn't find the ones in my motherboard box so i decided to buy some more. this was the cheapest from a brand i recognized. i have sabrent usb hubs and no problems with them so i got these for my hard drives and they have been working as expected.

A great cable when it works. Have to disconnect and reconnect sometimes and fiddle around with the connector. Gives great speeds when it does work though. Sometimes connected hard drives take a while to show up too. Besides that the quality is good. Nice thick cable.

I used to have to lug around a powered SATA dock for running clonezilla and upgrading outdated platter drives with SSD’s. Now I have this and a thumb drive to boot clonezilla in my pocket. Works great on any SS/USB3.0 blue port.

Worked great to clone and install a laptop SK Hynix SSD drive I got on Amazon. The software that came with the drive would not recognize the drive with a cable I had and did not with this cable either.This cable came with a link for free Acronis image cloning software that worked great!

I've had another cable setup like this for several years and it worked well. I purchased a new SSD and needed to clone to it. My old cable kept failing so I ordered this as a new one. It worked great and I have tossed my old one out.

Works great works with my ssd and HDD

I use two of these. One is used with a 2.5" internal SSD as extra storage for my Xbox consoles, and the other is also used with a 2.5" internal SSD but for backups of important files on my PC. No drivers needed, 100% plug and play. Works great.

Bought this to connect a SATA 2TB SSD to my PS5 to use as extended storage. Works beautifully and am experiencing super fast load times still in-game.

This cable worked flawlessly and at good speed. I used my internal SD drive as an external one. It transferred as quickly as my PC will allow (about 180 MB/s) for optimal files. Transfers slow down considerably for smaller files as is the same with any transfer cable or device. Worked perfect. I will update if I have problems in the future.
