I received this yesterday. It seems sturdy and ideal for the job needed. It wasn’t obvious at first that both ends of the holder extend. It easily held my IPadOk, here is the issue. The suction pads have a sticky film on them. When I put it down a table to make a video call using my iPad , I couldn’t get them off again, and this was with out tightening the suction pad itself. This was a nightmare and resulted in me having to use a knife to release the unbelievably sticky pads. I have read one comment on here that recommends scrubbing the pads with washing up liquid until they become less sticky. Done it three times and it hasn’t made much difference. This is a bad flaw and is such a shame as the rest of the product is ideal.Sabrent, do you have any comment on this please

The idea was good if you don't need to move it. Bought for dad in hospital too hard to move.

This product works great. The suction stays and I can place either a tablet or a smartphone. And it stays in place. It’s quite easy to use.

Brought this for my 8.3 LG Gpad; sturdy, works brilliantly and fantastic value for money. A great bit of kit!

Used in the back of a new car and attached to a glass like plastic surface, this stand lasted all of one journey before one of the sticky pads came unstuck leaving the iPad swaying precariously. As other reviewers have pointed out, the pads are sticky but do not provide effective suction (if they provide any at all). Bought a RAM stand instead which was expensive but infinitely better engineered and most importantly, rock solid.

Also ausgepackt , die Verpackung ist gut. Für die Einstellung der Arme sind die Schrauben finde ich nicht optimal. Wenn man ein ipad 10 Zoll in der Halterung hat und nicht aufpasst , wird durch das Gewicht es nicht halten. Also muss man die Arme so einstellen das es passt und das macht das ganze zu einer 30 minuten Einstellungssache. Das Material ist ok. Ich würde es mir nicht nochmal kaufen. Lieber etwas Geld mehr investieren und anderes Modell kaufen.

Ich nutze mein Tablett 10" vor allem als Zeichenvorlage. Ich suchte nach eine passende Halterung für mein Zeichentisch.Als ich es auspackte, war ich von der Verarbeitung mehr als zufrieden. Der Aufbau gestaltete sich auch leicht.Ich war etwas skeptisch was dem Halt auf der Arbeitsplatte betrifft...Man kennt ja die "Saugnapftechnik"...Aber ich war auch hier positiv überrascht. Die Saugnapfe, können durch drehen an den Füßen wirklich fest angezogen werden. Somit ist eine über 45 Grad halt problemlos gegeben.Wer eine Halterung für sein Tablett oder Handy sucht, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.Preis Leistung ist für mich gerechtfertigt.Nachtrag:Leider schlich sich nach einigen Tagen ein Defekt ein.Was ich positiv erwähnen möchte ist der Service. Meldete den Fehler, mit Bilder und ich bekam ohne lange Diskussion einen Ersatz. Wirklich Top, weiter so.

Suction cups are almost, too good. Another great device. Have a large tablet, this is perfect. Should have been sold with the tablet as a set.

This stand works great. It was easy to put together. I have only one problem, I can't move it. The suction cups have some sticky stuff on them and they are stuck really tight. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We have tried many stands, holders, etc--sticky ones, suction cups, clamps etc. This is the first one that has held onto a first generation ipad , it stays upright and in place (old ipad is pretty heavy compared to newer ones) ipad is never taken out of this stand and yet there is no drooping or any adjustments that need to be made, it just works!

I like it. It holds my iPad 4 with ease. It's a bit tricky to remove it from the table once the suction cups take hold even though there's an unlock mechanism. Still... A great buy!

Exactly what I was looking for, suction cups really grab the surface, holds an iPad very firmly.

Didn't know if my wife would like it but she loves it. She uses it in the kitchen when she is cooking. The fact that you turn the dials to create a suction makes it stick incredibly well. It secures to our counter like it was made there.

I had a different kind of stand before with a clip and a bendy arm and it was so limited on how you could use it and tipped over a lot . this one is SO MUCH better !! 5 major things I love about it -1. beauty blogging - it can hold my tablet or my phone for me at the perfect angle, i used to stack up books to prop my phone up on and couldn't get it to sit right.2. it doesn't have to take up a lot of space because the suction is strong and the arms are long. on my desk as pictured I attached it to the upper shelf so it wouldn't take up desk space3. good for video chatting - your hands can be free now. I try to videochat my family on the west coast all the time with my 2 year old and its always been a fight to make her let go of the phone or stop pushing buttons. struggle no more4. works great as a mount to watch movies and TV on your tablet or phone at the perfect angle so no matter if you're sitting or laying down you can adjust your tablet to an angle you can see.5. entertain a toddler with cartoons in a place they cannot reach the tablet. I was frustrated for so long because I would always put elmo on for my daughter and she always pressed the pause and home button and would ask me to put it back on EVERY 2 SECONDS. no more ! Works great. Very sturdy

I purchased this to be able to hold my iPad Air 2 to multiple surfaces. Hold great to glass, stainless steel, granite, and enameled surfaces. Suction cups hold strongly on flat and slightly curved surfaces. I haven't had any instances where it has fallen off of a surface with my iPad on it. The arm in highly articulate and I am able to get it in the positions I need. There is an adjustment knob at the bottom by the rotating suction cup dials that may prevent close to 90 degree angle on vertical surface but just flip around - you'll figure it out. The phone/tablet holder works well. One side can be adjusted by pushing a button and setting it one the detent you need. The other is spring loaded to securely hold your device in place.I haven't had any problems with the product and would recommend it.
