its great if you are using it for your phone but it is absolutely not compatible with the brio 4k
Excellent product, very sturdy. Great pictures on it
Nice flexible tripod.
Nice and sturdy. The legs twist well and are secure.
I use this to shoot video with my iPhone. In the past I purchased the gorilla but I don’t find that it is easy to manipulate to use. I like the flexibility and how I can change the leg shape and angle. For the price this is great and adequate so far. I have been using it for a few months on various flat surfaces. I don’t use it for full wrapping around. Rating 4 stars = Like It. NOTE 1) In small writing on the back of the box it says if you are going to use this tripod with a DSLR they recommend you add a second small ball head for maximum freedom of movement and stability. NOTE 2) I had ordered another product which I thought was different but it is the same exact tripod sold under a different name “Fotopro UFO 2+SJ-85+GA-1 Flexible Tripod”.
Great overall easy to carry mini tripod. We have used it with our camera phone, GoPro, and mirrorless DSLR. The legs are flexible and can easily adjust to an uneven surface. In a pinch this has served us well. The only negative would be that it will not likely hold a full size DSLR with a large lens, but honestly that is not its intended purpose. For a lightweight travel/hiking tripod this is a great option.
I've used the Sabrent Universal Flex Tripod on several occasions and overall, this is a fantastic and inexpensive table-top or handheld mount. If you're trying to film yourself, in a strange angle, or just looking for a tripod with a ton of extra flexibility, the Sabrent tripod is a great pick! This little tripod is compatible with a ton of devices - you get a clamp-style mount for smartphones, a near-ubiquitous 1/4"-20 camera mount screw, and a GoPro adapter kit. The tripod can support a weight of up to 2.2lbs so pretty much every camera I own is compatible. The flexible legs are the stand-out feature here. They quickly, easily and reliably wrap around all manner of stuff and keep the camera stable. I've even used this tripod to mount my phone and hold it steady while using the flashlight under my kitchen sink while making a small repair!A seriously good deal for not a lot of money! Recommended!
Works as advertised...
This product is exactly what I expected. It was well made and versatile. Overall, I was very satisfied.
I find it very awkward to get the right photo every time I post to my blog. I make greeting cards, and I am trying to get better pictures. This is a great way to have everything pre-setup without a big bulky tripod. I can just snap my phone in and not have to change settings and where and how to hold the phone camera all the time. It works great and is very flexible.
This set is a great idea: it acts like a normal tabletop tripod, the legs even click out in increments, but then they bend and stay in place. You can mount this bugger on a pole or railing or wherever and get the shot. It comes with several changeable adapters for the ball head including a smartphone holder. I'm not putting my 5D Mark IV with the heavy 50mm/1.2 on this but any smaller cam will work great. Awesome idea.
From the picture, I wasn't aware this had flexible legs. It's a feature that you may like or not. It's great when times when you want to wrap it around something for that unique shot. It's a bit more work when you just want a steady tripod that you need to massage into a level view. The construction of the tripod is very good, minimal smell, and very sturdy. You can shape the legs in some very interesting positions. The leg can go back 180 degrees... not sure what's the application, but it's a feature that's there when you need it.
I am impressed. I didn't know what to expect from this handy little tripod, but was hopping for something that would be better than my Gorillapod, which I have always found lacking (hard to manipulate and it didn't take long for it loose some of its stiffness), so I was pleasantly surprised when this turned out to be a great item. I use it with GoPro cameras and all light in night photography. It is easy to manipulate and and it so far has really maintained its holding power well. The inclusion of a GoPro adapter and and mobile phone holder is a nice addition.
Great little tripod. This is exactly what I needed to hold a small 4k camera for tabletop shots for eBay sales. It comes it mounting plates that can be used for different cameras and accessories. The legs are easy to adjust and will not slip.
I have a couple of Joby Gorilla pods that have been OK for me with my lightweight cameras over the years. This one is much better, and is my new go-to for a small travel gripper type tripod.+ Rubber on the legs is much more grippy than the nodules on the legacy one.+ very flexible legs are able to really wrap around chair backs, branches, etc.+ comes with a couple of different heads that make it easy to mount my various little cameras. Includes a ball head swivel. No real negatives. From my POV, this is a great item and a great value.
The uses and the versatility of the tripod are almost endless. Being almost 12", it isn't the largest tripod, I would say it is quite handheld. However, what it lacks in height, it really makes up with the ability to bend and contort. Allowing you to wrap the tripod against fences and posts to get you the perfect angle and shot. Gopros and smartphones certainly feel at home on the tripod, with mirrorless cameras REALLY pushing the limits, but stand clear from putting any DSLR on it. In the end, it is great for new vloggers or those just wanted to get really unique shots. The versatility is second to Gorillapods but not far behind and certainly more reasonably priced.
I like this style of small tripod, although using one often becomes an exercise in fidgeting. This particular one Is OK. I think it could be grippier; it isn't as easy as you'd think to lock it in place like an octopus around some odd shaped item like a chair. Also, the accessory heads could be better designed. Still, if all you want to do is mount your smartphone to a bed or bench, this will work. I certainly prefer this to one made of pivoting ball legs.
Gorillapod-brand tripods have been on the market for many years. This is a slightly different take on that product space. The legs are flexible like a Gorillapod, but the flex mechanism is all internal so the tripod looks sleeker (but otherwise operates the same as a Gorillapod). This one is about 11 inches tall (including the head). I assume they could use the same technology to make them in bigger or smaller sizes if they want. The tripod works OK as a regular tabletop tripod, though a solid metal tripod would work better. Where this product works best is if you want to mount your camera to a rail or fence or tree branch, then you can wrap the legs around something then use your remote control to take your selfie from some distance away. The documentation says it will hold a camera up to 2.2 pounds, but they are probably exaggerating. This will certainly work well with a GoPro or smartphone or small point-and-shoot camera. Maybe it will work with a 1 pound camera if your exposure isn't too long. Good quality mounts for GoPro, smartphone, and standard camera tripod sockets are included. Overall quality is pretty good and I expect this to last for years, unlike some of the real cheap plastic tripods that barely work at all.
I have a Kodak Z-945 as well as a Sony 30x Optical. Both cameras are good at long distance shooting for an amateur. This stand has helped me focus on something and take the picture without blurring if the subject moves suddenly. I like being able to set it up and use the timer so I can get into a group picture without leaving someone out. This item is sturdy, works with different types of cameras and is lightweight for mobility.
Love this tripod and how I am able to use it with both my cellphone and camera! It is extremely durable and will protect your precious equipment, no matter which medium you use to capture your art and videos. I also like how flexible and sturdy it is without being cheaply constructed. Nature shots are a breeze, and this is perfect for the gorgeous fall foliage we are being blessed with. I don't have a GoPro so I can't speak on that but the other attachments are awesome. Excellent price point and value makes it a true must-have for those trying out new things with their cameras!
The legs of the Sabrent camera tripod are nine inches long and not telescopic. They are made of malleable material and can wrap around pipes and tree limbs to allow for positioning the camera in a manner that facilitates taking shots from numerous angles. That is a great idea and professionals will find it very useful.I ordered this Sabrent to use with my Sony Cyber-shot camera – DSC S750 which screws perfectly unto the tripod. I need the tripod to ensure that images I shoot are not blurry owing to unsteady hands. Indeed it proved the difference between pictures I took earlier without the tripod and others I shot next. This camera add-on is one more likely to be needed by the adventurous. I’m not one but it serves me well.
I like the flexibility of this tripod, the kit comes with a ball head which is a nice feature, GoPro mount, and a phone adaptor. All works perfectly! The legs are flexible and have rubber outer lining for improved grip on several types of surface.Don’t buy those cheap tripods like I have in the past, they will break easily. This one is solid and has all the adaptors you will need to get started and this should last you a long time.Just know this can only handle devices up to 2 lbs, so don’t expect to mount an SLR on this, but for phones and small cameras this is perfect!Photo attached is of the iPhone 7+ with an Otterbox case, it’s able to hold it with the included adaptor without any problems.
I have had more than my share of those mini tripods that you can adjust with flexible legs and I have been disgusted with them. I need something sturdier and this is sturdier, which makes me a happy camper. I don't think I will be wrapping it around tree limbs or anything like that - I just want to be able to set up my camera or phone or go pro and not worry about them falling over.
This was sturdier and better built than I expected. Multiple uses from table top to hanging on for dear life to a pole. Yes, this tripod will pole dance for you, just to make that hard to get shot possible. Comes with every type of connector you could want, including one to hold your phone. These people are making sure you are happy, and for that I give them a standing ovation. Exceeded my expectations, and I'm tough to please. Great piece of gear.
Got this for my new go pro and love how compact and easy to use it is.Straight forward.I can take this everywhere with ease! The legs are flexible and can wrap around something to give you lots of shot options. The base for your phone or go pro attachments can be positioned all around as it is on a ball, so twist the dial and position still any angle. This is a great portable tripod for phone or go pro
This tripod is excellent and exactly what I needed. I'd been considering different types of tripods, and this one is just as the description says. I've used the GoPro attachment and the cell phone attachment. I haven't needed to use it with my camera yet, but it seems durable enough to hold the extra weight. It's a great size, perfect for easy in and out of a bag or pocket or just holding in my hand.
This small tripod is much more stable than another one I have with visible connecting joints. This one actually stays in place. It is short so you need a surface to put it on. Nicely portable. Comes with good assortment of attachments.
This flexible tripod is compact in size and can be bent to wrap around railings, tree branches and other items so you can have a secure set up for photography in awkward places where a regular tripod is not practical or too bulky. I like that I can mount my DSLR on this and take pictures using a remote. It seems to be decently made and has three different mounting attachments for different camera usage.
