Nothing special should be required. Be sure to run it as administrator and also make sure no security software is blocking the application. We tested it here in the office with the Rocket 2230 inst...
Hello Howard,Unfortunately, we do not provide M.2 screws with our SSDs at this time. The majority of SSDs in the market ship without screws as the screw size needed will vary depending on the devic...
Hello Peter, the inner/outer diameters of the barrel connector on the HB-B7C3's PSU are 2.5/5.5mm.
Just got the 2230 1tb and the control panel software loads about half way and crashes. Have been able to replicate it on 7 different computers running windows 10 and 11 and even a MacBook running w...
Just tears me up that a person pays a high price for a product and gets hung out to dry. Can sabrent not send a couple screws with the nvme, or maybe the mb mfg people include them. ...
@Sabrent but don't you think that SABRENT should be the one to provide an automatic tool to do this? let's see, i am not an expert in technology, and i have no idea how to do what you are telling ...
I am trying to source a replacement 12v supply (UK spec) as I have mislaid my original one. What is the size of the connector? I can't find anything which fits. It seems to be 5.5mm o/d but the inn...
@kturro chamorro I have deleted your posts that included swearing. As detailed in the sticky in this forum, the proper path is to contact Customer Service on this website where they provide >2TB...
i am very dissatisfied with the service provided by you. i have been trying for more than 3 months to get you to solve a damn problem that you have created and i have written in MANY of the threads...
@Crowy I've sent this thread along. Apparently there were concerns with firmware corrupting the drive unexpectedly but the software is still pointing to the address.
Just also downloaded this and am receiving the same error. I have the model SB-ROCKET-2TB
@Tycen Hopkins Thank you for the feedback. I will follow up on my report on this as it should have been fixed by now. I'm not sure that model had a firmware update but this is nevertheless a bug.
@Sabrent Two months later, downloaded the latest version of the control panel from https://sabrent.com/pages/control-panel, and am getting the same Network Error issue. Has there been any update on...
@Andy Smith I'm not sure what you meant by "ejects itself," are you using an enclosure or anything like that? If you mean the drive is physically in an M.2 socket and disappears then assuming the s...
I also came here to find out how to update it if it needs an update. I got a Rocket NVMe 4 1Tb yesterday that ejects itself after being connected for a while. I gave up using PCs years ago and on...
@Duncan I will check on this but you would probably have to disable or obscure the LED as these products exist now.
@Duncan Wider software support is something we are looking into, or at least a bootable option. Our drives use firmware based off of Phison's in most cases. A Windows focus is unfortunately typical...
@Kenji Nakajima I will see about this issue this week.
I have a Sabrent Rocket Plus SSD. Unfortunately, it's firmware will never be updated as Sabrent doesn't allow it's proprietary software to run an macos. It's a shame such software is even required ...
