This is also something we're interested in providing. We know many users are forced to get OEM drives for their Steam Decks and forcing in a 2242 is also not a good solution.
This is something we are interested in providing. We are known for our high-capacity SSDs, after all. 2TB should be possible and I will pass this along.
Would love to see large sized SD Cards 1Tb or better or other options faster then 150Mbp/s
Would love to see some m2230's in varying sizes the bigger the better.Useful for the New Steam deck that just released that cannot seem to fit anything larger without taking a drumil to the back plate
We are always testing our products for edge cases to help improve support. Thank you! We are proud of offering products that push the envelope a bit, particularly with capacity.
@Sabrent Bummer... Thanks for testing! I tried and could not make it work either... BTW, The 5-bay docking station is terrific!
The USB hub chipset that's used is designed for one upstream port and one or more downstream ports, with the downstream ports routed to upstream. Expectations are that this would not work. Update:...
I'm using the Sabrent 3.2 5bay docking station as my server connected to a laptop via the USB-c 'main'. Works fine, no issues. My question: Can I use the USB 'hub' to connect to my NAS for m...
I will have a technician check this out. Make sure you are using the power adapter as it would be required for two drives, and any 3.5" drive.
Apologies for taking some time to get back to you. The exact peak power draw can vary based on capacity and the flash used. Although I cannot answer definitively, the highest draw sould be below 3....
Thank you for replying back. I'm glad to hear it. We'll still try to replicate the issue, Windows often does cause anomalies.
@Sabrent For whatever reason, the unit is back to working as expected. Not sure what happened. Perhaps it was the Windows update that did it. Perhaps cosmic dust has blown away th...
What is the peak power draw of Rocket Nano 1TB?
@Sabrent I won't be back home till the weekend - I'll have the answer then.
Gotcha. Your adapter/dongle probably uses a different chipset than the HB-TC6C; we're trying to see if it's a configuration or compatibility issue through reproduction. I was asked if it works with...
I actually misspoke. I replaced the HB-TC6C with a USB C to HDMI adapter (not a usb hub/dock). Similar to this, but a nameless brand (it has no markings on it that would tell me who mad...

Thank you for the additional information. May I ask which dock you are using that is working?
Yes, it's the model you mentioned. The hardware is a dell laptop XPS 17 9710. The dock only has a 1080p monitor connected to it. I should mention that I replaced the dock with an...
