Hi I checkd my 2TB rocket 4 plus with Hard Disk Sentinel and found the health is 90% , why it was dropped like that ? I use it for Windows 11 system for about 3 years also using its custom cooler....

@wynneke The firmware update is a Windows executable for the Realtek 9210B bridge chip inside. Attempt to do the verify after completion and not as part of the imaging process, also.
